Return & Exchange Policy

Return & Exchange Time

Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition. Tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

Non-Eligible Items

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, stained, or returned without original packaging may not be accepted for return or exchange. Sale or discounted items may also be non-returnable unless they are damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact kazemerchant support as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

Size Exchange

If you ordered the wrong size, you may request a size exchange if the item is available in stock. The product must be unused and in its original condition.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received is damaged, incorrect, or there was an error from our side.

Exchange Process

Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Delivery charges may not be refundable unless the issue was caused by kazemerchant.
