Are your products original?

Kaze Merchant sources genuine export-surplus pieces. Many items may carry international labels or tags because they were originally made for global markets. Each product is carefully checked and selected before being listed.

Are the products used or second-hand?

No, our products are not used or second-hand. They are export-surplus, overrun, or leftover stock. However, because surplus items come from different production batches, minor variations in tags, labels, wash, or finishing may occur.

How do I choose the right size?

Please check the size guide on the product page before placing your order. For denim, measure your waist, hip, and inside leg, then compare your measurements with the size chart.

If you are between sizes or prefer a relaxed fit, we recommend checking the product fit description, such as straight fit, baggy fit, flare, or carpenter fit.
